Wow, Kirsche, there is so much wisdom in that list!! I should print that out and hang it on my fridge. I plan on working on #8 this weekend - clearing out all my clutter, lol. "You only have one ride through life so make The most of it and enjoy the ride.."

I love this one: Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead, Invest your energy in the positive present moment. :-)
